Gosh! I have the best memories of the Valentine's Day parties in elementary school. Back then, our class parties were very simple. A room mom came by with heart-shaped cookies and those plastic containers of juice and we exchanged valentines. I always loved seeing the valentine boxes the other kids brought. Now, I make sure my daughter always has a fun box for her class parties. We are in the middle of researching ideas for this year's valentine box so I created a little round-up of ideas to share with you.
Here are some of our boxes of Valentine's Days past:
You can get the tutorial for this valentine box, made from an oatmeal canister here.
I made this owl box for Plaid. You can get the tutorial on their blog here.
This is my favorite of all the valentine boxes we have ever made. I just covered a cereal box with felt to make it look like a mailbag.
Here are some other great ideas…
I love this robot! It's so hard to find ideas for valentine's boxes for boys. You can find it on Glue Sticks and Gumdrops.
Meaningful Mama's personalized box is too adorable for words!
This purse is great for the fashionistas. Get the tutorial here.
